Abstract
There are a growing number of scholars and institution that recognize organized religion as a major factor in contemporary international conflicts. But recognition has yielded little regarding in-dept analysis of the nature religion role's in conflict, and it has yielded even less in analyzing how religion has played an equally in function in human patterns of reconciliation in these same conflicts.
