The government must deal with this city's garbage management problem immediately. It's not only a serious public health issue; it also directly affects the country's tourism industry. When garbage is not collected on a regular basis, it begins to sprawl across the road causing more traffic jams on the streets, which are already too congested, and creates a nauseous stench that permeates the tourist-haven of Thamel.
