Synopsis:
The proposed research aims to explore the phenomenon of self-reflection in peacebuilding practice and its impact on practitioners' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral habits. The examination will offer phenomenological and autoethnographic insights into formal and informal training on self-reflection and propose ways of how we as practitioners and individuals can better prepare ourselves to enter the tumult of our field.
