At this time of change, a gathering of diverse organizations and peacebuilding stakeholders is planned June 2-3, 2017. The aim of the event will be to consider challenges currently facing American society and to consider strategies and approaches that might be taken in response. This gathering will be limited to 50 individuals and groups included by invitation, representing a range of actors addressing the challenges of increased instability, inequality and polarization affecting diverse communities across the country.
Registration fee: $135 for both days, lunch and refreshments included.

Accommodations:
POV is located in Northern Virginia in close proximity to Washington, DC and the area airports. There are a number of hotels within 20-25 minutes of POV, including in nearby Woodbridge and Springfield.

Transportation:
There are several options to get to POV:
- Shuttle Service: Direct shuttle service to/from POV from the above Woodbridge hotels will be available on June 2 and 3. If you are interested, please let us know in the registration form. Please note that the registration fee plus shuttle service for both days of the gathering is $170.
- Driving: POV is on Google Maps, or just enter our address into your GPS: 7301 Old Spring Drive, Lorton, VA 22079. For detailed driving directions, please see our Visit or Contact Us page.
- Train: POV is about 5 miles from Lorton Station on the Virginia Railway Express (which also serves Union Station in Washington, DC); 5 miles from Station Building and about 6 miles from Woodbridge Station on Amtrak; and 11 miles from the Franconia-Springfield stop on the WMATA (Washington Metro Area Transit Authority) line. From the train stop, order a taxi, Uber or Lyft for a short ride to POV.
