Legacy of Rape Roundtable: A Discussion on Sexual Violence in Armed Conflict
Wednesday, November 6th

PROOF Media for Social Justice has joined with TRAIL to create a public art exhibit, The Legacy of Rape, to give voice to those who have survived rape or sexual violence in armed conflict. Using stunning photography and first person narratives, the exhibit reminds the international community of the human costs of conflict-related sexual violence, prompting attention, response and accountability. This roundtable discussion will feature advocates, service providers, and scholars who are working to address sexual violence in armed conflict settings, and give participants the opportunity to have an intimate viewing of the exhibit.
