Prominent experts on genocide, accountability and womens’ issues; and survivors from crisis affected communities who will speak include:
· Chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, the International Criminal Court
· Ambassador-at-Large Stephen J. Rapp, War Crimes Issues in the Office of Global Criminal Justice at the US Department of State
· Sudan expert and journalist Eric Reeves
· Voice of America broadcaster Ndimyake Mwakalyelye
· Dr. Kemi Onanuga, Ambassador-at-Large to the U.N. for Women Economic Empowerment, Leadership and Political Participation.
WHAT:Gathering of activists, students, and experts on genocide and women’s issues who seek to unite their words with action.
