Conference rooms 5000 and 5145 are available for meetings, and may be requested at any time by emailing  scarmgr@gmu.edu

o   Room reservations for meetings that request tech assistance are required to give at least 48 hours prior notice

o   To request a consultation about planning an event, email [email protected]

Founders Hall (Arlington Campus)

All spaces in the Founders Hall are booked through The Office of Events Management. You can either contact them directly, or go through the S-CAR Event Coordinator for these requests, depending on your needs:

If you need a room as part of an S-CAR event that will require further planning, please go through the S-CAR Event Coordinator [email protected].  This person will be able to assess the needs of your event, and work with Events Management in Founders Hall to secure an appropriate space.

If you need this room for a one-time event for which you do not need the assistance of the S-CAR Event Coordinator, you may make the room reservation yourself. Events Management requires that all room requests be submitted using their online form, which can be found at: http://www.gmu.edu/depts/ur/events/schedform.php

Reservations for some of the rooms in Founders Hall may require a fee for set-up and break down of spaces, as well as a housekeeping fee if your event involves catering. If you choose to use these spaces, these fees are your responsibility. For further policies and procedures with Founders Hall spaces, please refer to the Office of Events Management webpage at: http://www.gmu.edu/depts/ur/events/arlington-request.html
