Barbara Breckenridge

Barbara Breckenridge is the Office Manager for the Undergraduate Program at the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution.   Barbara has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California at Davis.  She served in the Peace Corps in Sri Lanka from 1997-1998 until she and the other volunteers were evacuated due to the country's civil war.  She has had a varied work history, including recruiter, meeting planner, logistics provider for overseas consultants, volunteer coordinator for a sexual assult/domestic violence center, telephone company relay service and customer service operator, and board president (the organization's CEO) of a cooperative preschool.  She and her husband moved from California to Virginia in 2001. She stayed home to raise her children until her youngest settled into elementary school and started at S-CAR in 2012.
