The NIPSS/S-CAR Dialogues and at the International Peace Institute’s roundtable discussion on the 20th anniversary of the 1992 General Peace Agreement ending the civil war in Mozambique, which followed  independence in 1975. The event took place on Oct. 23 at IPI’s Trygve Lie Center for Peace, Security & Development at United Nations Plaza
