CONF 331 - Simulation in Community and Organizational Conflict Resolution
Introduction
Building on the theories and concepts presented in CONF 330, this laboratory/simulation class focuses on the practice of group and community conflict. Through intensive simulations using conflict cases, students will have the opportunity to practice conflict resolution skills such as dialogue, problem solving, mediation and negotiation and gain a practical understanding of third party roles and intervention strategies in community, group and organizational settings.
