This conversation will include several individuals involved in various models of conflict resolution facilitation, and will consider emerging questions surrounding the harmful/marginalizing effects of existing facilitation frameworks, the difficulty practitioners encounter in stepping outside these frameworks, and ways in which tools of reflective practice can help with breaking through these difficulties, and assisting in the process of linking theory and practice.
Everyone welcome, please join the conversation!
