U.S. Army War College Senior Service Fellowship
Each year, several S-CAR Students serve as residential fellows while completing work on their dissertation. Point of View offers a serene location, away from distraction and ideal for thinking and writing. Please note that no PoV Fellowships are offered during construction of the new facilities. The PoV Fellowship Program is expected to resume once residences have been constructed.
