Colette Carmouche
Colette Carmouche is a current Masters student at the School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution
and is interested in racial narratives, implicit bias, healing, and dialogue. Since 2008, she has worked for a leading environmental government agency where she supports national diversity and inclusion efforts. In this capacity she facilitates dialogues on controversial subjects, designs training, and supports employee resource groups. Colette holds a B.A. in Anthropology and African and African-American Studies from the University of Rochester.
